Why are we different from other logistics companies?

Our relative size:

We are small enough to care but large enough to complete all your event / fleet requirements, in a manner that always puts the customer first. We pride ourselves on knowing both our Clients and your customers extensively. You are important to us and with two company directors on hand and office based, unlike larger delivery companies, we would forge a close working relationship. Our larger competitors, with fingers in many pies, are less able to focus on detail as is evident in the resultant service and attitude.

Our drivers:

One significant difference is the quality and motivation of our driving team. Unlike most logistics companies, our 45+ employed drivers are all PAYE paid from leaving home to returning home, entitled to holiday pay and pension contributions, and motivated to perform an excellent job, taking as long as a customer / job requires. Our team of drivers are skilled, intelligent and hardworking, geographically assigned to meet each customers’ exacting requirements and demands.

This is, again in stark contrast to many of our larger competitors who typically use self-employed drivers, paid only a paltry amount for each mile they drive, earning only when they are behind a wheel, entitled to nothing and thus with little regard to customer service.

Instead, Queensmead Auto Services Ltd incorporates a rigorous recruitment policy, whereby all employed drivers are mature professional people, over the age of 35, experienced at moving prestige vehicles across the UK. Every driver receives comprehensive training and is familiar with dealing with private motorists, corporate clients and V.I.P's. Our ultimate objective is to achieve (even exceed) the requirements of our customers, and to do so effectively and efficiently.

Our office team:

Headed up by two company directors, our prime focus is customer service. We don’t have rigid policies in place which dictate when we can take on new jobs / alter jobs. We pride ourselves on looking into every option to try and help our clients in whatever way we can – whether that be accommodating last minute requests, advising of any damage / vehicle issues detected, troubleshooting and providing innovative solutions on the more unusual job requests.

Fleet management system:

Our commitment to quality is reflected in our development of a specialised state of the art Fleet database system which permits a sophisticated level of vehicle booking management. With an integral customer database, we are able to record all customer information that is readily available for future bookings. We are able to make vehicle bookings that automatically generate a booking email that goes to all parties involved with the vehicle movement including the customer, the preparation centre, the client making the booking and the logistics team involved with the actual vehicle delivery.

Our price:

Whilst our drivers are fairly remunerated, our office team are highly trained in the art of efficient planning and co-ordination of vehicle movements, enabling us to deliver this exceptional service at a very competitive price.

We also operate a completely transparent service whereby all costings are clearly visible on a monthly statement that details every single movement and associated cost such as fuel, cleaning etc. We do not condone the practice of many a competitor whereby cheap prices are quoted yet a multiplicity of hidden costings are then applied. With a proven track record, we are completely confident that we are able to offer the first class quality service demanded, no corners cut, at a very competitive rate.
