“Meet and greet” services

Queensmead Auto Services has been the chosen partner for over 10 years, with their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction key to our ongoing relationship. The ease of communication with both head office and individual drivers is exceptional, as is the physical delivery and collection process. Many of our media partners and VIP guests have fed back how professional and informed the vehicle handover process has been.

When required, Queensmead also assist us with out of hours airport “meet and greet” services and internal vehicle loans for high level VIP Executives who are visiting the UK and we have a confidence that they will represent our UK operations to a high standard.

We occasionally partake in product comparison swaps with other OEMs and therefore experience delivery and collection services from other suppliers, none have yet demonstrated the levels of professionalism that Queensmead consistently deliver which always serves to reaffirm our continued partnership.

Good morning,
In our busy world and day to day occurrences, all too often we focus on issues and complaints and generally forget to mention great service. With this in mind, I would just like to let you know how impressed I was with your driver’s handover this morning. He was most professional, smart, extremely polite, went out of his way to actually introduce himself to me albeit the car went to one of my team and is a credit to your business. It’s not often that I or people in general rain praise on an individual for just doing their daily job, but on this occasion I felt it merited the recognition and [it] is this type of service that should be acknowledged.
