Queensmead have signed up to a sophisticated E-POD system that is easy to use and generates a full report complete with images. The report details the start / end mileage, fuel levels, tyre tread, exterior / interior check, signatures. Clear photographic evidence (from various angles) of the vehicle condition is also included with the report. Upon completion of the E-POD the driver will submit the form that is then stored in an electronic format for 12 months.
