Working alongside various multi-vehicle transporter companies, all experienced at providing an exceptional service that require a large batch of vehicles to be moved to a specific venue for Events such as Press launches. There is the option to have your vehicle moved on either an open or enclosed transporter to any location across the UK.
Event Managers are already busy preparing venues for upcoming events, so we see ourselves as an extension to the Events team and are happy to assist as much as we can with the logistical support element required. All we require are the total number of vehicles to be moved from one location to the event location, and on your behalf, we will make contact with our already known and proven transporter companies, to get the best possible price for your event. Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed with the quoted price, we will book the transporter company and then liaise directly with them to arrange the finer details of the job until the event has finished. All vehicles are covered by the transporter companies own Goods-In-Transit insurance policy.
